These policies apply to all users of Leeds Trinity University’s IT and Library facilities and resources. They are designed to enhance your learning and working environment and to enable everyone to use the facilities and resources effectively.

• You must have your Leeds Trinity University ID card to borrow or renew items on the self-service machines
• You must show your Leeds Trinity University ID before borrowing any item at the Library Helpdesk. You can borrow without your card once per academic year.
• You may not borrow on behalf of another person
• Items issued on your account are your responsibility
