You will see the Library Helpdesk as soon as you enter the Library. We share a support desk with Student Services and IT Services (and Media Services at the Leeds City Campus).
You can ask any question at the Library Helpdesk and we will do our very best to help you. You can also contact us by phone, email or connect with us on social media.
We may need to refer you to another member of staff or department. Sometimes this means taking your details and getting back to you, but we will do this as quickly as we can.
You can do this at the Library Helpdesk or use the self-service machines. You can also check your loans, due dates and reservations online using My Library Account (Leeds Trinity University staff and students only).
At the Leeds City Campus, you will also be able to return your books to a Library Locker located on the ground floor of the building (due to be operational soon).
You will be sent an email when your reserved items are ready to collect.
We offer a laminating service at the Library Helpdesk. At busy times you may need to pick up your laminated documents later on. The charges for the laminating service are:
Stationery includes spiral binders, coloured card, folders, pens and more - see beneath for our full range and price list.
We offer binding materials for sale at the Library Helpdesk. We can sell you the covers and spines, and show you how to use the binding machines in the Library to bind your work. Please note we are not able to bind work on your behalf; if you would like this service please speak to the University's Publications Services.
Please ask at the Library Helpdesk if you have misplaced an item in the Library. Personal property will be kept for three months before being disposed of either by donation to local charities or recycling.
University ID cards are sent straight to Reception.
