Library support

You can ask any member of staff a question - we are all happy and eager to help!

General help

If you need general help, such as finding a book on the Library shelves, the best place to go is to the Library Helpdesk.

You can also contact us by email, phone or connect with us on social media.

Referencing and subject support

Your Liaison Librarian can offer support and advice on using the Library for your subject, including help with:

  • finding the information you need for your assignments
  • using Library databases
  • referencing

Contact your Librarian for advice or to make an appointment.

Disability, accessibility and wellbeing support

Visit the Accessibility and wellbeing pages to find out what services, facilities, equipment and technology we can provide to support your needs.

Noise in the Library

If you are experiencing noise or disruption in the Library, don’t suffer in silence!  Please let us know about it so we can help:

  • Send an email to librarynoise@leedstrinity.ac.uk
  • Let us know where in the Library you are working
  • We will do our best to respond within ten minutes during our library staffed hours
  • Outside of these hours please visit the Library Helpdesk and report any problems to Security staff

The Library is a quiet space for everyone to work in. We provide social areas and Group Study Rooms for those who need to talk, but noise levels do have to be kept low in all areas of the Library to enable everyone to work there.

Anyone making excessive noise in the Library may be asked to leave, as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy:
