Mental health support

We have several trained Mental Health First Aiders working in the Library who are happy to speak to you if you need advice or just someone to talk to.

You can also access mental health support via the Support & Wellbeing tile on the myLTU app or contact studentwellbeing@leedstrinity.ac.uk.
