- Diverse Book AwardsAnnual awards highlighting the best of the diverse voices published in the UK and Ireland.
- English Association 4-11 Children's Picture Book AwardsAnnual award for the best children’s picture books of the year in 4 categories fiction 4-7, 7-11 and non-fiction 4-7, 7-11.
- Excelsior AwardsAwards for graphic novels and manga. Titles are reviewed by children aged 9-18.
- Inclusive Books for Children AwardsAward celebrating new, inclusive children's books published in the UK.
- Little Rebels Children's Book AwardAnnual prize for radical fiction aimed at children aged 0-12.
- Scholastic LolliesAwarded annually for the funniest childrens' books in the UK and Ireland, voted for by children.
- UK Literacy Association Book AwardsAnnual children's book awards, judged by teachers.
- Waterstones Children's Book PrizeAnnual children's literature award. There are three categories: picture books, fiction 5-12 and Teen.
- Yoto Carnegie AwardsAnnual awards for new, English language and illustrated books for children.
- Young QuillsAnnual historical fiction award to recognise good historical fiction writing. Young Quills is unique in that it is young readers who decide the shortlist.
- Astrid Lindgren Memorial AwardAnnual award for authors, illustrators and oral storytellers.
- Hans Christian Andersen AwardAnnual award presented to a living author and an illustrator whose complete works have made a lasting contribution to children's literature
