We are recruiting for an Information Assistant to work at our newly opened City campus in the centre of Leeds.  The successful candidate will play a part in helping deliver processes and services at the new campus.  In addition, they will provide an effective Helpdesk service for Library users and maintain support services essential for the day-to-day running of the Library. 

Applicants should have experience of providing customer service to users, and excellent interpersonal & communication skills are a must.  Recent experience of working in a library or information service is desirable.
